Rather than overwhelm
the Bride and Groom, who are already inundated with important decisions, we prefer the simpler approach. Our basic wedding
package is reasonably priced at $800.00 and includes ALL of the following:
- Attendance at the rehearsal to coordinate with
key individuals such as the Bride, Groom, Planner, Minister, and Photographer
- Pre-ceremony interviews with the wedding party and
family members
- One camera coverage of the Wedding and the Reception
- First three finished DVDs (Additional copies available for up to 30 days
after completion at $15.00 each)
- One labeled copy, vacuum sealed in a jewel case for safe storage
- No additional charge to upload your Video Montage
to the internet video sharing site of your choice, and provide a link to easily share with friends and family
Your finished DVD will be in standard
NTSC format, playable on most any DVD player or computer with DVD reader. It will include main screen menus, with scene selection
options to jump to your favorite part. We also include a "video montage" (set to your favorite song), followed by
the interviews, the ceremony, and the reception. All of our DVDs are protected in full-size DVD cases and both are decorated
with custom designs that include screen shots from your wedding.
A Few Extras:
Rehearsal Dinner:
If you're having a formal rehearsal dinner, you may want us to film it and add it to your wedding video. The additional charge
is $250.00, and we treat the footage exactly like the rest of your video.
Honeymoon Loaner Camera: A new
optional service we offer is our Loaner Cam Program. If you have an exotic honeymoon destination, you may want to take along
one of our consumer-grade cameras. You capture all the memories you want to preserve, then simply bring the tapes back to
us and we'll take care of the rest! Basic editing and custom labels are included and your finished DVD is packaged in a double-sided
case with your original wedding video. The cost for this service is dependent on how much footage you want. There is an initial
camera rental fee of $75.00 plus $45.00 for each 1-hour tape edited and transferred. A $250.00 deposit is required and returned
upon safe return of the camera. Not familiar with video cameras? We've got you covered there too. A simple guide that will
help you make far better home movies is included with the camera AND we'll take the time to explain and teach you how to use
the tips and tricks listed in the guide. You'll be shooting like a pro in no time and have memories to look back on for a
lifetime!
